How to Request Deletion of Your Data

Step-by-Step Instructions
Log In to Your Account
Open the TOTAL90 mobile app and sign in using your account credentials (email address and password).
Navigate to Account Settings
Once logged in, tap on your profile icon or name, usually located in the top-right corner of the screen, and select Account Settings from the menu.
Go to the Privacy Section
In the Account Settings menu, find and tap on the Privacy tab. This section contains options related to your personal information and data management.
Select "Delete My Data"
Locate the Delete My Data button and tap it. You may be prompted to confirm your identity or provide additional verification to ensure the security of your request.
Submit Your Request
Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the deletion request. This may include confirming your choice or providing a reason for deletion (optional).
What Happens Next?
- After submitting your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
- Once verified, we will process the deletion of your personal data from our systems within 30 days of your request, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
Important Notes
- Data Scope: This process will delete all personal data associated with your account, including your name, email address, username, profile information, team selections, match predictions, leaderboard history, and any payment information we may have. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes, as permitted by law.
- Account Access: Deleting your data will result in the permanent closure of your account, and you will lose access to all TOTAL90 features and services. Your fantasy teams, achievements, and game history will be permanently removed.
- Parental Consent: For users under 13, parents or guardians must submit the deletion request on behalf of their child by contacting our support team directly.
- Legal Retention: Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance) as required by applicable laws, but this data will not be used for any other purposes.
